I am writing to invite you to join a small group that will form the inner circle of my work with Divine Mother and the Ascended Masters. This is something new; it is being established for the need of the time. Please read this letter in its entirety.

I know that the window of opportunity we have before the coming world changes is finite. Therefore, I have been exploring (with Divine Mother and the Ascended Masters) what is highest to have our attention on, individually and collectively, along with what ideal format and structure would most support their work with us at this time.

This is what I offer you now.

The Ascended Masters carry a specific vision of who you are — and who you may yet fully become. The timely realization of this vision is the purpose of this circle.

Through the Private Circle, the Masters aim to help you reach a more advantageous position in all aspects of your life — spiritual, emotional, physical, material, and relational — so you can be established in, and move from, a core of deep openheartedness and experiential abundance.

The Private Circle will attune your awareness to what is most important and support you in becoming a more effective guardian and healer for your loved ones, thereby creating an influence of grace and protection. You will be oriented to their well-being as well as your own.

Some of what we will journey into requires significant spiritual maturity. You will receive the highest esoteric understanding of what is happening here on earth. You will be supported in helping yourself and your loved ones thrive, and in metabolizing the impending world changes as the exciting opportunities they are.

In this short period we are now in, it is especially important to balance nourishing self-care — even joyful, restorative leisure — with skillful service and life-supporting technologies of consciousness. Done well, these are two expressions of the same ideal. Your heart is here to uplift, serve, and love.

The power, beauty, and gifts that reside within the folds and structures of your own consciousness: this is what we are committed to realizing! This is the necessity of the time.

The possibility is that this age of collective deconstruction and inevitable emergence may be the most blissful time of your life — and for those you care for.

To support your personal breakthroughs, the Private Circle is structured to harness the multidimensional portal that opens when an aligned small group is in communion with the Ascended Masters and the Divine.

We will follow a rhythm of monthly and seasonal immersion — a cadence essential to rapid healing and development, yet often neglected in modern life without the space-holding of a truly coherent, mature small-group field.

The heart of the Private Circle is accelerated transformation through monthly one-day immersions and seasonal two-to-three-day immersions.

The Masters advise that you approach these monthly and quarterly meetings as “energy peaks,” where your physiology can receive most fully, with the rest of the month used for integration.

Our orientation in these energy peaks is experiential depth, personal breakthrough, and miraculous healing for self and others. This is where we explore the emergent edge of what is possible at this time on earth.

Between the monthly and seasonal immersions, I will be available, through your personal communication, to support you with whatever you are moving through — physically, mentally, emotionally, or spiritually.

The Masters and Divine Mother offer many blessings through this work. I am continually moved by the depth of transformation shared by members of the Master Realization Program — people I may never meet personally, but who write to express how their lives are changing as their relationship with Divine Mother blossoms.

Indeed, to fulfill the greater vision entrusted to me, this work must reach far beyond those I can meet one-on-one. I am grateful to see that it already does.

Even so, there are a few souls with whom I share a deeper karmic relationship — individuals I’m meant to support in a more direct and intentional way at this stage of their path. The Private Circle exists to honor this relationship. It is not simply an energetic exchange, healing, or instruction, but a living field.

Supporting your dharma is a part of my own, whether through guidance, healing, or the transmission of Presence that accelerates awakening. From personal experience I understand the importance — and at times, the necessity — of intimate spiritual relationship and space-holding.

The Private Circle provides the space for this one-on-one connection. While our Monthly Immersions (and seasonal deep-dives) will serve as the primary cadence of engagement, I may offer to check in with you on another day when it is called for.

The Masters have requested an environment where they can continue to meet us with heightened intention and transmission. If you are called to this depth of realization, may the Private Circle be a great gift of support for you during this special window of time!

The Ascended Masters of the Holy Traditions are here with us. Divine Mother is guiding us. Mother Earth is waking up human physiology. The modern collective consciousness of a global humanity is fragmenting. This is creating great uncertainty and fear — and great opportunity for liberation.

In the coming years, communities will witness miracles not seen on Earth in millennia. And it is because we are waking up to the support that we have cosmically (the Holy Traditions), and deep within our heart (Divine Mother), and all around us (the power of awakening small groups, gathering in aligned intention).

Monthly One-Day Immersions

Every month, we will gather for a focused day of transformation that engages the physiological cadence of the lunar cycle — going beyond the states of consciousness and energy healing typically available in daily life. Depth is key. These are days of Bliss, Communion, and Deep Support: the full gifts from the Ascended Masters, aligned with a monthly peak of focused personal intention.

We will achieve this through a guided, nourishing structure:

• Extended meetings in the portal of coherence, sharing new knowledge and giving attention to each person
• Question and answer periods with Divine Mother and the Masters
• Opportunities for one-on-one check-ins (if something cannot be shared in the small-group setting)
• Enhanced meditation sessions for breakthrough experiences
• A new, additional energy medicine health-support protocol that will unfold in the nighttime hours

Here is the general schedule (which will naturally evolve for maximum effectiveness):

• 8:30 AM – 10:00 AM: Enhanced Meditation with the Ascended Masters (optional)
• 10:00 AM – 1:00 PM: Small-Group Meeting
• 2:00 PM – 4:00 PM: Enhanced Meditation with the Ascended Masters; available one-on-one assistance for critical individual support or personal questions (optional)
• 5:30 PM – 6:00 PM: Private Circle Evening Call
• Overnight: Special Energy Support for nighttime journeying and physical healing (requests welcome and encouraged). It’s not recommended to stay up through the night, but instead favor an early bedtime.

Winter months are in Mountain Time; summer months Pacific Time

Seasonal (Quarterly) Two-to-Three-Day Immersions

Each season (every three months), we will gather in a complementary and relaxed way: two to three days of learning, practicing, playing with, and mastering the technologies of consciousness that are most beneficial to know at this time on earth.

These Immersions are designed primarily as a video-conference experience, but they may also be available in-person in Sedona for those who desire it. (Advanced approval to attend in-person is required.)

Four annual at-home retreats, two to three days each:

Requirements

The Monthly One-Day Immersions form the heart of the Private Circle. Matthew asks that you attend at least nine of the twelve group meetings in the year. This is in order to fully benefit from what is being created, and remain in right relationship with the small-group consciousness coherence.

Please note: You are not required to spend the whole day in retreat (that is for your bliss and benefit). You are just required to participate in the 3-hour Small-Group Meeting.

The Seasonal Two-to-Three Day Immersions are for additional understanding, bliss and depth. Participating in these is not required to join the Private Circle.

Cost

Participation in the Private Circle is $22,000. It will include, at least:

• Twelve (12) one-day Monthly Immersions
• Four (4) two-to-three day Seasonal Immersions

Questions and Answers

• As a member of the Private Circle, how can I check in one-on-one with Matthew? Matthew’s one-on-one availability is an important aspect of the Private Circle. On the day of the Monthly Immersions, Matthew will spend the afternoons following the group meeting absorbed in the energies of the Private Circle. During that time, he will often be available for matters that require personal attention outside of the group meetings.
• Are the one-day Monthly Immersions offered during the same months as the two-to-three day Seasonal Immersions? Yes. The Monthly Immersions will take place all twelve months of the year. Seasonal Immersions will be offered during a different week than the one-day Monthly Immersion.
• Is the Master Realization Program included? Yes, the Master Realization Program is included as part of the Private Circle. Its daily and weekly rhythm is complementary to the monthly and seasonal rhythms of the Private Circle. You do not need to register for that program separately.
• What other options are there for working directly with Matthew? The Private Circle is the only way to work personally with Matthew.

The Principles of Transformation at This Time

Divine Mother and the Masters have shared much with me in preparation for the Private Circle. Here is more understanding of what we are doing, and why.

There are three primary strategies to transmute and even reverse the adverse effects of modern human global consciousness on physical health and spiritual clarity.

1. Direct attention away from the energy field of manipulated strife and heightened polarity, and be observant of the physiological influence of novel technologies that are designed to bypass agency and choice.
2. Strengthen your relationship with your Heart’s presence, spend more time in the direct company of Mother Earth and her nature spirits, and be in regular connection with the living Holy Traditions that reside in the cosmic field around and within you.
3. Engage with life-supporting, coherent small-group consciousness, both through inwardly-directed applications (e.g., meditation, prayer, communion) and outwardly-directed applications (life planning, strengthening of personal and shared vision, learning, dharma work, mastering new technologies of consciousness).

It is this third strategy that has the power to strengthen and amplify the first two.

The Power and Necessity of Coherent Small-Group Consciousness

A consciousness field emerges from the sacred geometry created by a group of aligned individuals. This field provides a structure with unique energetic properties of healing and empowerment.

These properties are why even realized saints join together, here on earth and also in the celestial (ascended) realms. It is not just members of a tribe who assemble to enhance their learning and growing experience; masters and spiritual elders do as well, in order to harness the heightened coherence and amplifying geometry of aligned attention.

The practice of gathering in intentional group consciousness has been done for time immemorial, on holy days and at holy places throughout the year. This is an observed rite and responsibility for the elders of tribes, the wisdom keepers of civilizations, and initiates of sacred traditions.

Group energy can initiate personal and collective breakthroughs that might not otherwise easily occur: growth of personal sovereignty, devotion to the highest, amplified influence of prayer (co-creation), and inner connection with the Divine.

Coherent small-group consciousness aids both the person whose dharma (soul work) is to support the collective through action in the world, and the person whose dharma is to work in the field of consciousness within, relatively isolated from external goings-on.

Perhaps most important in the context of the Private Circle, highly-aligned small-group consciousness creates a protective field that allows us to open to the support of the multidimensional planes of the Ascended Masters and the spiritual plane of the Divine. It can break the vibrational influence of modern collective consciousness and assist the physiology to step into its cosmic potential.

In the same way that the Ascended Masters gather in the higher realms to support humanity, we are encouraged to gather in this realm through the Private Circle.

However, this is important to understand: the purpose of this small-group consciousness is to enhance awakening to your Heart’s naturally sovereign presence.

Although greater love and connection with other human beings is a natural outcome of Heart Presence, we are not specifically gathering for this purpose. We gather in the Private Circle to activate the laws of nature that assist your personal consciousness in celestial perception, awakening to your Heart, and strengthening your relationship with the Divine.

A sense of deeper intimacy with all beings is the result of awakening, but it is not the intention we are focused on when we gather.

It is unnecessary to share personal story in the Private Circle. Just be present, orient to the Heart, and listen deeply. This is the primary intention.

Your Family — and your World Family — Needs Your Presence Now

The Ascended Masters say: You matter, deeply.

The ‘personal you’ — your feelings, memories, deeply held beliefs, physiology, self-regard, and relationships with loved ones — deserves continued care, love, healthy transformation, understanding, and energetic support. Indeed, there is an ongoing commitment in Master Realization to bringing the full power of the healing consciousness of the Divine and the Ascended Masters to any remaining elements of emotional hurt, mental confusion, and suboptimal health.

But the Masters do not see you as a helpless and immature being in indefinite need of healing and care.

They see you as becoming as they are, established in Heart Presence.

The Presence that you are — the Heart that first you discover as a loving power within yourself, and then you discover yourself to be — is the one that unconditionally relates to and ultimately heals any remaining pain within. Because as Divine Mother says: it is not God’s love that any remaining hurt inside of you craves to receive. It is your love. This love comes from God, but it resides in your Heart, as your Heart.

This requires initiating action from your Heart: acting as the already healed person. This practice in itself is a supreme healing technology.

When a cup is full, it is no longer concerned with filling itself. It naturally spills over into the surrounding environment. Similarly, the action of Wellness — embodied joy and vitality — spontaneously turns toward service and greater purpose beyond individual need.

Sometimes we are called into action before we feel ready. Often this is the only way that the next unfoldment of personal power can be realized. Feeling loved may be the foundation of awakening, but being love is its fulfillment.

Vitality, Strength, Confidence, Service, Bliss, and Dharma have properties that may only be integrated by acting out these qualities, even before they are fully established feelings or embodied states of consciousness.

The Ascended Masters are inviting you into the greater spiritual leadership you incarnated to provide: to influence with eyes closed (through advanced technologies of inwardly-directed consciousness) and with eyes open (through skillful action in outwardly-directed consciousness).

This is the opportunity of this time.
