In recent years, Divine Mother has spoken of a finite period of profound transformation arising from the fragmentation of human collective consciousness. This is a necessary transition that will also provide great gifts of spiritual and multidimensional awakening. According to the Holy Traditions, these conditions arrive only once every several millennia. We are now in this precious time.

I have been praying: as a devotee of Divine Mother, how can I best support the loved ones with whom I have a personal karmic relationship as a healer and guide?

The Masters call the answer the Private Circle. It is a new, living field of support for multidimensional realization, health, and personal dharma during this critical window.

In a cadence of focused monthly and seasonal immersion, we will open to the cosmic consciousness that becomes available when this aligned group and the Ascended Masters actively co-create a portal of multidimensional coherence. In small-group meetings, we will receive direct energetic transmission and timely guidance, as well as advanced esoteric understanding of what is unfolding on Earth at this time. In focused one-on-one work, we will resolve final obstacles and grow in dharma.

Divine Mother and the Ascended Masters are promising to meet you with heightened transmission and devotion — but this requires you to meet yourself with heightened intention and attention also.

To join this circle is to honor why you incarnated. It is time to lovingly resolve any final inertia or self-doubt within, and to enter this chapter of life with courage, surrender, and vital Heart energy. The Private Circle must hold a high vibrational standard because you are ready.

We have journeyed on this path long enough to know its value and purpose. Now, we are being called into a more complete realization of the wisdom already moving through us. To everything that has helped you arrive here, give thanks. And now, together, may we make another leap.

The Private Circle is a year-long advanced program, created to support accelerated embodiment and lived dharma. It offers a structured rhythm of monthly and seasonal retreat, direct one-on-one support, specific teachings for navigating this period of global change, and the coherence of a small group field dedicated to depth, immersion, and integration.

This is the inner sanctum of Master Realization — offered only by invitation, for those most deeply committed to their awakening during this rare time.

Many people are experiencing significant support and transformation through the Daily Healings of the Master Realization Program. And for most, this support is sufficient for what they are seeking.

The Private Circle is for those in a more direct relationship — a container supporting your profound intention for realization. Its structure provides depth and focus. Its rhythm ensures that you give your evolution the attention and nourishment it requires.

This will support you in all dimensions of your life. But you are not asked to come simply seeking support. You are asked to come because you already recognize the powerful support of your own Heart — and desire to live from it completely.

Divine Mother and the Ascended Masters carry a vision of you: spiritually awakened, vital, clear, in loving relationship with your own mind, and fully established in personal dharma. This is Heart Consciousness. The immediate realization of this vision is the purpose of the Private Circle.

The Private Circle is not about learning more, but about living more deeply what you already know to be true.

In this brief and potent window of time, it is important to balance nourishing self-care — even joyful, restorative leisure — with skillful spiritual immersion and the engagement of special technologies of consciousness. Done well, these are two expressions of the same ideal.

The Private Circle follows a rhythm of monthly and seasonal immersions — a cadence foundational to transformation, yet challenging to achieve in modern collective consciousness without the support of an energetically protective and coherent field.

Each month, we will enter a day of heightened transmission and healing. Each season, we will expand into a multi-day immersion focused on integration, mastery, and the technologies of consciousness most essential for this time. Between these deep-dives, you will have access to the Master Realization Program, as well as ongoing relationship with Matthew as needed.

Matthew advises that you approach these monthly and seasonal immersions as “energy peaks,” a time when your physiology can receive most fully. The rest of the month is for integration.

Our orientation to these energy peaks is experiential depth, personal breakthrough, and miraculous healing for self and others. This is where we explore the emergent edge of what is possible at this time on earth.

One-day Monthly Immersions

Every month, we will gather for a focused day of transformation that engages the physiological cadence of the lunar cycle. We will go beyond the states of consciousness and energy healing typically available in daily life. Depth is key. These are days of bliss, communion, and deep support: the full gifts from the Ascended Masters, aligned with a monthly peak of focused personal intention.

We will achieve this through a guided, nourishing structure:

• Extended meetings in the portal of coherence, sharing new knowledge and giving attention to each person
• Question and answer periods with Divine Mother and the Masters
• Opportunities for one-on-one check-ins (if something cannot be shared in the small-group setting)
• Energetically enhanced meditation sessions for self-referral connection and inner guidance
• An energy medicine health-support protocol that will unfold in the nighttime hours

Here is the general schedule (which may naturally evolve to maximize support):

8:30 AM – 10:00 AM: Enhanced Meditation — on your own (optional)

10:00 AM – 1:00 PM: Small-Group Meeting

1:30 PM – 4:00 PM: Enhanced Meditation; available one-on-one time with Matthew for individual support or personal questions (optional)

5:30 PM – 6:00 PM: Private Circle Evening Call

Overnight: Special energy support for nighttime journeying and physical healing (requests welcome and encouraged). It’s not recommended to stay up through the night, but instead favor an early bedtime.

The Following Day: Available one-on-one time with Matthew for individual support or personal questions (optional)

Available One-on-One time with Matthew

Matthew’s one-on-one availability is an important aspect of the Private Circle. On both the day of and the day after the Monthly Immersion, Matthew will often be available to visit.

The one-day Monthly Immersion will create a powerful portal of transmission where we enter an assisted field of heightened energetic transmission. Therefore, Matthew’s one-on-one availability will primarily be oriented to the afternoon of the Monthly Immersion, as well as the following day.

Two-to-three-day Seasonal Immersions

Each season (every three months), we will gather in a complementary, relaxed way: two-to-three days of learning, practicing, playing with, and mastering the technologies of consciousness that are most beneficial to know at this time on earth.

These Immersions are designed primarily to be offered via Zoom meeting, but they may also be available in-person in Sedona for those who desire it. (Advanced approval to attend in-person is required.)

These seasonal-at-home retreats will take place the second weeks of February, May, August, and November, Tuesday evening through Thursday afternoon (unless otherwise noted).

Please note: the Monthly Immersions will take place all twelve months of the year. Seasonal Immersions will be offered during a different week than the one-day Monthly Immersion.

The Private Circle provides the space for one-on-one connection with Matthew. He understands that sometimes a personal container is necessary for your most effective healing and transformation. You are encouraged to come with clear intention around strengthening your health or dharma. (One-on-one time with Matthew is optional — some months you may feel complete with what has been done in the one-day Immersion.)

The Private Circle is currently the only way to work directly with Matthew.

The Private Circle is for those who are currently crossing — or have already crossed — a threshold in their awakening: mature souls desiring to embody their relationship with the Divine in daily life. A consciousness field emerges from the sacred geometry created by a group sharing this intention. This field provides a structure with unique energetic properties of healing and empowerment.

These properties are why even fully-realized saints join together, here on earth and also in the celestial (ascended) realms. It is not just students and pilgrims who assemble to enhance their learning and growing experience — awakened masters and spiritual elders do as well. They do this in order to harness the heightened coherence and amplifying geometry of aligned attention.

The practice of gathering in intentional group consciousness has been done for time immemorial, on holy days and at holy places throughout the year. This is an observed rite and responsibility for the elders of tribes, the wisdom keepers of civilizations, and initiates of sacred traditions.

Perhaps most important in the context of the Private Circle, the highly-aligned small-group consciousness creates a protective field. This field allows us to open to the support of the multidimensional planes of the Ascended Masters and the spiritual plane of the Divine. It can neutralize the vibrational influence of modern collective consciousness and assist the physiology in embodying its cosmic potential.

A sense of deeper intimacy with all beings is the result of awakening, but it is not the intention we are focused on when we gather.

It is unnecessary to share personal story in the Private Circle. Just be present, orient to the Heart, and listen deeply. This is the primary intention.

The one-day Monthly Immersions form the heart of the Private Circle. Matthew asks that you attend at least nine of the twelve monthly immersions and treat each as a personal retreat day whenever possible. This is in order to fully benefit from what is being created, and remain in right relationship with the small-group consciousness coherence.

Please note: You are only required to participate in the 3-hour Small-Group Meeting, not in the entire day of retreat.

The two-to-three-day Seasonal Immersions are for additional understanding, bliss and depth. Participating is deeply encouraged, but not required.

We will be supported in living with the inner forgiveness, trust, and joy that this time on earth calls for. We will live from a higher state of consciousness and physiology, embodying the awakening that is well underway. We will strengthen physiology, deepen clarity, and forge a greater relationship with the Divine.

This journey requires spiritual maturity. I believe in us, and the power of this time. The miracles are showing up now. May this upcoming year of your life be the fulfillment of everything you have been so devoted to realizing.
