I understand that Matthew Reifslager International (“MRI”), including Multidimensional Transformation, Reifslager Clinic, Reifslager Energy Healing, Advanced Transformation, Matthew Reifslager and his associates (collectively referred to as “MRI”) is making available only spiritual service and assistance for life improvement.
I acknowledge that MRI does not represent itself as possessing medical, financial or business training or expertise and that insights, programs and technologies for life improvement made available by MRI are in no way intended to replace medical advice and care, prescribed health regimens or personal self-development practices.
I acknowledge that my participation in any of MRI’s offerings, including programs, courses, series, conference calls, lectures, workshops, personal sessions, seminars, webinars, teleseminars, telegatherings, retreats, books and media purchases, as well as any choices or measures I may subsequently initiate, are undertaken by me of my own free will and full awareness. I assume full personal responsibility for any specific results, or lack of results, from my participation.
I hereby RELEASE, DISCHARGE, AND COVENANT NOT TO SUE MRI, its respective administrators, directors, agents, officers, volunteers, contractors, employees, other participants, any sponsors, advertisers, and, if applicable, owners and lessors of premises on which the Activity takes place, (each considered one of the “RELEASEES” herein) from any and all liability, claims, demands, losses, causes of action or damages, loss or injury on my account caused or alleged to be caused in whole or in part by the negligence of the RELEASEES or otherwise. Under no circumstances shall MRI be liable for damages, including to third parties and including indirect, incidental, special, consequential or exemplary damages arising from my participation, use of or inability to use MRI Programs. I expressly agree that the foregoing release and waiver of liability agreement is intended to be as broad and inclusive as is permitted by the law and that if any portion thereof is held invalid, it is agreed that the balance shall, notwithstanding, continue in full legal force and effect.
